If you can prove that products were damaged in shipping, we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement.
We understand that things don’t always work out when ordering online, so we would like to do our best to ensure that you are happy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
